If you use this option, then join the meeting using your computer first, and then select the Join By Phone tab when the audio pop-up window appears see example below. Simply enter this number followed by and your video and audio will then be synchronised. A window listing the other participants will appear. While your hand is raised, the icon should have an outline as below.

When your hand is raised, this will be reflected in the list of participants as below. As a host of a Zoom meeting, you can manually lower a participants hand yourself by going to the main participants list as above.

Dialling in with mobile should be saved as a last resort, especially as some meetings may not support it.
